ASPEC personnel possess the widest range of skills in the Industry. Here's how our expertise can get you out of tricky situations:
Scenario ONE*
Mission: Dismantle isolated scaffolding on top of spherical dome at hi-tech complex
Operation: Highly specialized skills in a number of areas are required for this unique operation. With ASPEC’s spectrum of skills employed to the fullest advantage, a challenging project like this can be addressed within 3 days.
- Entering the site: CSOC needed before personnel could enter the job site. ASPEC is one of the few companies that has all our operations staff CSOC-certified.
- Rope Access: Surrounding scaffold is already dismantled, making it impossible to access the scaffold by ordinary means. Our expertise in Rope Access will then come into play.
- Dismantling: Upon accessing the scaffold, operators have to dismantle the structure. ASPEC personnel are certified Metal Scaffold Erectors (MSE), which means the client does not have to engage additional MSE certified contractors.
- Lifting: Operation required lifting of dismantled scaffold by Qualified Riggers/ Signalmen/ Lifting Supervisor. ASPEC personnel are qualified to carry out lifting operations.
Moreover, ASPEC will handle Difficult Access, so that others will enjoy easy access. After all, it is what we do.
Scenario TWO*
Mission: Install anchorage points on building’s convex-shaped façade so that cleaning and painting maintenance may be carried out via rope access.
Operation: Getting onto the façade is only half the mission. To place the anchorage points, Rope Access Operators (RAO) must be qualified to install fall protection systems, lifelines and EN795 anchor bolts. Most Rope Access Operators are not qualified for this.
ASPEC, however, meets both criteria for this operation.
* The scenarios given are purely exploratory and may not represent actual contracted projects.
